Start by completing the intake quiz, which takes about 5 minutes. Based on your answers, Mark builds a personalized supplement program matched to your health goals. You then select a subscription plan and your supplements are shipped directly to you.

Yes. Once you complete the quiz and start your program, you manage everything through the Mark app. The app is where you track your progress, update your health profile, and manage your subscription.
